Friends, we are now going to learn one of simple things - how to put music on PSP!
Once you have .mp3 files on your PC, you are very close to be able to listen to them on your PSP.
1. Connect your Memory Stick
To put music to PSP, we need PSP connected to the PC.
Either use a USB connection of PSP itself (make sure Mem.Stick is inside), or connect a MemoryStick using card-reader or a slot in your computer (if available).
Once you see a new drive in "My Computer", we are done with this!
2. Copy your Music to PSP
Now open your MemoryStick drive (double-click it) and navigate to "X:\PSP\MUSIC" (where X: is a drive name assigned to your Memory Stick).
If there is no "MUSIC" folder inside "X:\PSP", just
create it.
Once there, copy all of your MP3 files in there.
You may
create sub-folders that will be shown as groups on your PSP, but not more than 1-level.
For example, this will please your PSP:
X:\PSP\Music\BritneySpears
X:\PSP\Music\Music_Part1
While this will not:
X:\PSP\Music\BritneySpears\BabyOneMoreTime
X:\PSP\Music\Music_Part1\sub_part123
Once you have your music in there, disconnect your PSP/Mem.Stick from your PC, go then to Music → Memory Stick, and enjoy!
